The working directory of nodes with git fields is only decided on `dora
build` because that's where we translate the branch/tag name into the
commit hash.

Before, we fell back to using the base working directory if no build was
done. However, this is confusing since the reason for the different
working directory is not communicated in any.

This commit throws an error if no build happened before starting a
dataflow with git nodes.

Update JSON schema for 425d8a2be9

Most important change is https://github.com/GREsau/schemars/pull/310,
which keeps newlines unchanged during schema generation. This is
important to preserve the lists, markdown code blocks, and markdown
headings in our docs.

Note: This PR deliberately does not update the schema file yet in order
to test #1083. So it should be merged after #1083.

Automates updating the JSON schemas as in
https://github.com/dora-rs/dora/pull/1080

Also set `#![warn(missing_docs)]` for the module so that we get a
warning if we add undocumented fields etc in the future.

We forgot to create the working directory in a few cases in #901. This
PR fixes this by adding the proper `create_dir_all` calls.

Reorder fields and improve documentation

The python api library (dora-rs) is now missing py.typed, so mypy emits
error on import of dora.

In this PR, I just added py.typed to `apis/python/node/dora directory`.
Maturin automatically install the file to the package.

I've tested installation of this branch version like below, and I
confirmed py.typed is inside the site-packages/dora.

opencv-plot on node-hub.

## Problem
Another node on hub like
[kornia-v4l-capture](https://github.com/kornia/dora-nodes-hub/tree/main/kornia-v4l-capture)
may output encoding in uppercase (e.g. RGB8)

The current code only allows lower case (rgb8) and causes error between
kornia-v4l-capture and this node.

## This PR
Take lowercase string for encodings and bbox formats before compairing
them.

Also includes a bit or regorganization to streamline the API.
