<h3>Description</h3>
<p>Unzips a zip-, war- or jarfile.</p>
<p>For JDK 1.1 &quot;last modified time&quot; field is set to current time instead of being 
carried from zipfile.</p>
<p>File permissions will not be restored on extracted files.</p>
