Unlike <code>java.io.File.createTempFile</code>,
this task does not actually create the temporary file, but it does guarantee that the
file did not exist when the task was executed.

<pre><tempfile property="temp.file" suffix=".xml"/></pre>
create a temporary file with the <code>.xml</code> suffix
