Some patches look a lot larger as I had to remove stray CRs, I also
killed TABs wherever I stumbled over them.

Added information about the Jext-Plugin to the IDE-Integration
section, renamed that section to Editor/IDE Integration at the same
time. Removed stray CR in one document.
