2. Added 2 new attributes to these tasks - outfile and verbose
3. Nested Patternsets can be used to specify what files are to be extracted from within the archive.
4. Nested Filesets can be specified to select previously archived files for unarchival (PR: 3074)

I've modified Steve's original submission to ensure quiet and
failonerror don't get set to true at the same time - also fixed the
logging a little as messages about failures to delete a file would go
to verbose logging or swallowed inconsistently in quiet mode.

Default is true for backwards compatibility.
