When a proxied task throws a build exception, or other
exception, the taskadapter reports this at
error level. This is incorrect as the
intent of taskadapter is to transparently adapt
a task, the exception should be reported
at verbose level.

I have implemented it similarly to the other lists of email addresses (To, CC, Bcc)
because it might actually be easier that way
