  519. <p>Java+ is an open source Java preprocessorthat adds these
  520. features to any Java compiler:</p>

  523. and Ruby. It eliminates the need for JSP or ASP and their
  524. need for Java compilers on deployment servers (a security
  525. concern) while adding no overhead in either space or

  528. strings into ResourceBundle files with invarient keys based
  529. on the hash code of the strings's value. This is handled
  530. automatically and transparently; no intervention is
