PR 4345 :Request for addition of "rcproperty" attribute to <exec>
The property is called resultproperty; implements immutability in some code that should be replaced by a standalone method in Project.
Documentation still TBD.

the underlying OS's shell will be used, either directly, or through the
antRun scripts. Allows use of some shell features (such as associating scripts

works. This was being used in the Alexandria project and seems
reasonable usage but was not in fact supported.
Catching this usage is somewhat messy however.
I factored out the code for executing the command into a final method
runExecute so that I could invoke it from chmod. This means ExecTask has
runExec and runExecute which may be confusing.

It now processes all files in parallel and can take multiple filesets
as well as references to patternsets and filesets. See build.xml for
an example.

This new framework should ease development of tasks that need to
execute external processes.
<exec> now invokes ExecTask, a reimplementation of Exec that uses the
new framework but has some additional features.
