- removed useless/duplicate imports
- added explicit imports rather than *
- changed specifiers order to be conform to JLS.

I've modified Steve's original submission to ensure quiet and
failonerror don't get set to true at the same time - also fixed the
logging a little as messages about failures to delete a file would go
to verbose logging or swallowed inconsistently in quiet mode.

deletes.
Reported by: Martin van den Bemt
Fixed double delete message with verbose
flag.
Reported by: Jason Rosenburg
Added ability to remove empty directories
when using the implicit or nested filesets.
Off by default for now, as that is the
current behaviour. If there is enough
agreement, we probably want to turn this
on by default.

i can't actually test this code since i can't even get Ant to compile.
maybe someone else would like to test it for me?

the new tasks in its own buildfile.
Fixed a problem with <delete dir=""> when the directory didn't exists
(deltree would ignore this - delete now does so as well).

This patch removes the concept of currentTarget and currentTask from the
BuildEvents code. To facilitate this I have moved logging to the task
level which now passes a task pointer to the project's log method.
Task level logging may also allow for more fine grained control of logging
in the future.
I have left the Project's log methods public to allow people's custom
tasks to continue to work. In the future these can become private.

While some (like chmod) are clearly Mac motivated, others (like Javac) are
fixes to bugs that can appear on any platform.
