The main change is the new BigProjectLogger that makes reading the results of very big chained/nested projects manageable.
Some pulling up of helper methods into DefaultLogger, and a bit of cleanup there; plus the appopriate documentation changes

(1) Make sure all years in which a file has been modified are
listed.
(2) Make sure the format is consistent, i.e. separate consecutive
years with a dash, not a comma.
Also: the initial checkin into this CVS module was in 2000, not 1999.

It was probably not a very clever idea to remove the
lSep since it is probably used by user-written loggers.
To further shoot myself in the foot I noticed that
I was compiling a different Ant repository than the
in the one I was doing my changes...
NB:If I continue this way I promise to stay away
from code for a while and take some vacations.
