Queue: Make WorkerPools and Queues flushable (#10001 )

* Make WorkerPools and Queues flushable

Adds Flush methods to Queues and the WorkerPool
Further abstracts the WorkerPool
Adds a final step to Flush the queues in the defer from PrintCurrentTest
