This commit updates the Swizzle pass behavior. Its transformations are
triggered only if the pragma_swizzle attr is found.
AutoPoly passes have been updated to add the pragma_swizzle attr when
requested.

This commit introduces MindTrick support.

Using so-called MindTricks, the ConstrainSchedule pass attempts to
provide a good starting schedule. If the pass succeeds, it returns the
new schedule and may also suggest to disable some subsequent passes. The
set of disabled passes depends on the MindTrick.
If the pass does not succeed, it returns its input schedule and none
of the subsequent passes will be disabled.
